Greetings! We are still hard at work getting Ben’s Bottle Shop up and running. Construction is continuing, as scheduled. We are still looking at an early-mid December opening and hoping for a bit of luck, which will push us closer to the early side. In the mean time we have been receiving equipment left and right! All components of our cooler are in and once the floor is ready we will assemble the 50ft beast!
After we unloaded our giant baby (the cooler), we spent the rest of the day working on our menu. While nothing is set in stone yet, we are off to a very good start thanks to the wonderful chefs at Sysco! We will have some really good food coming to Vancouver Washington soon! Here is a small teaser.
While we are taking our food deliciously seriously, we have not forgot about our primary goal, beer! Ben and I have talked to numerous brewers, wholesalers and importers. While I can not divulge too much information, please rest assured, we will have A LOT of amazing beer on draught and on the shelves! Please stayed tuned! Until next time Kumpai!
